THE CLIENTSerenity Counselling BC is a therapy practice supporting adults, teens, and couples, with a focus on creating an inclusive space for women, BIPOC clients, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Their goal for the website redesign was to retain their extensive content while making it more scannable, organized, and approachable.
OUR APPROACHWe redesigned the website from the ground up, creating a completely new layout and look that is clean, modern, and welcoming. The site was reorganized to make content more scannable and approachable, with suggested areas to swap or condense information so visitors can quickly find what they need. The refreshed design provides a strong foundation for the practice to grow while keeping the experience client-friendly and inclusive.
