Craft Dentistry
THE CLIENTCraft Dentistry is a new family-owned dental clinic in East Vancouver, founded by a husband-and-wife team who believe great dentistry is a craft. Their vision centred around the dual meaning of the name: the precision and expertise that comes from mastering their craft, alongside the hands-on creativity of working with their hands every day. They wanted a visual identity that reflected both ideas of expertise and approachability; welcoming patients of all ages without leaning overly clinical or overly playful.
OUR APPROACHWe crafted (no pun intended) a complete visual identity for the new practice, including the logo system, colour palette, typography, badges, brand patterns, style guide, and supporting brand applications. The identity draws on the dual meaning of "craft" through dotted cut lines inspired by traditional craft templates, with subtle nods to dental charting. A bold, rounded wordmark paired with a custom smile-shaped A creates a friendly yet refined personality, resulting in a cohesive brand that feels approachable, memorable, and built to grow with the clinic.
